Children up to the age of 3 stay for free.

A crib is available upon request for free.

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed.

Surcharge for breakfast: We charge €12 per person for breakfast. (Not valid for children up to 3 years)

Local tax: 1,60 € per person and night

Deposit: We are happy to receive written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit of 200€ per week is paid, please state your name as the reason for the transfer.

Payment: We prefer cash payment on site, but also accept: cheque, bank transfer, debit and credit card.

Arrival: We welcome you any time after 2:00pm (14:00). You are welcome to check-in earlier if your apartment is available and ready. We would appreciate a message with your approximate arrival time.

Departure: On your departure day, checkout time is 10:00am. We gladly will consider a later check-out time if necessary.

All of our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

You are certainly looking forward to your holiday. But a lot can happen before you arrive and during your holiday!

The deposit is a guarantee that the booked holiday flat will be kept free and is non-refundable.

You can cancel up to 2 months before arrival.

From 2 months to 3 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the holiday price.

Within the last 3 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
